Good Points
3.2 cubic feet of inside space gives you enough room to wash 8 large size bath towels plus numerous hand towels and washcloths. You can also fit 7-8 pairs of adult blue jeans inside and still not overfill the basket. A normal wash cycle with super large load size takes only half-an-hour with the single rinse option and 6-minute wash. This washer offers a second rinse/spin cycle to prevent your whites from getting dull because of detergent/softener buildup. But as well as this machine cleans your clothes, I don't think I"ll ever need that second rinse. There are cycles for your heavy duty, permanent press and delicate loads as well, with several water temp combinations to choose from. The fabric softener dispenser requires you to add water with your liquid softener to ensure proper, clean release of the softener.

Bad Points
Can make some weird semi-loud rushing noises during the rinse cycle, and buzzes a little during agitation. You get used to it though and this machine is really fairly quiet during operation. There is no end of cycle signal or detergent dispenser which are 2 features I miss from my previous washer.

General Comments
This is a decent washing machine that will hold up for a large family's wash. We bought the 3-year in-home warranty which covers beyond the first year of manufacturer warranty as well as one yearly maintenance checkup of the machine in your home. We paid about $50 more for the the white porcelain basket but it's nicer- you can spot items left in the bottom of the washer much faster than with a dark colored basket. We brought the machine home from the store and installed it ourselves easily. Instructions are clear and simple. It weighs about 180 pounds so you definitely need 2 people to move it around. Our clothes come out bright and clean and the machine does a decent job of removing outdoor stains and dirt with the appropriate stain pre-treating. I've done comforters, sneakers, you name it in this machine. Nothing gets tangled around the center agitator. I'm satisfied with this purchase and hope we get at least 10 years use out of it. The machine is a good value at a fair price and I would recommend it highly.
