Interest on current account.
Statements only available on-line for 12 months - need to print off paper copies or pay £10 per month for statements prior to 12 months ago.
Smile Internet banking is very poor at transferring direct debits: internal problems led to payments not being made to 3 organisations, despite correspondence.
