Easy to use although does not recognize all post codes.
Keeps falling off windscreen, bad design for holder. Sick of trying to catch it from falling whilst driving.
Abysmal after-sales service in my opinion from Tom Tom. Mine stopped charging and after contacting the helpline they promised to email me and send pre-paid packaging to return for repair. 3 weeks later I am still waiting after several visits to Makro where I purchased it an several abortive attempts by Makro on my behalf to contact the helpline, over a period of 48 hours.
