General Comments

I have been using Virgin Media for a while with TV, phone and broadband and only have problems!
I will not recommend this company to anyone and I am now looking to switch in summary, this company changes the rules ALL THE TIME and NEVER to your advantage.
1/ my phone used to ring 6 or 7 times and its now ringing 3 times and sometimes twice only and then it goes to voicemail. As a result I miss all the calls and I have to call back the caller.
I asked to change it and they told me that I would have to pay the voicemail plus to get more rings(!!)
2/ I had to call France a little while ago, for 10 mins only on a landline, it cost me more than 5 pounds. Their communication charges are very expensive
3/ They have now decided to charge me to the next minute on my calls, so if I call for 5.01 minutes, I will have to pay 6 mins ! so not only they are expensive, they charge you more than what you actually call

    Thanks for pointing out about the phone calls and the way that we are now billed. I thought that it was odd that, I was on all calls for an exact minute, each time.

    No problem! I do think it's not normal that they make you watch every single calls you do and all the other things with it that you have to pay when they should be available to you. I always thought Virgin would be a very good company to have as a supplier, but gosh, I was sooo wrong! I have now switched back to BT...
