Good Points

Maid service every day, clean towels etc. Unlimited access to theme park with express tickets for most busy rides. ~Access to beach club free shuttle bus; very nice beach. Able to eat in different restaurant every night, just ask at reception and they will book you in at any of the park or other hotel restaurants.


Bad Points

Queue's, queue' s and more queue's. We had to queue for your breakfast, main meal, and drinks at the bar, not a language barrier like previously suggested; lack of staff. Maid forgot to clean wash basin area all week, no soap dish provided so got a little slimey! Welcome meeting omitted to mention that you can eat in the park as part of your half board (we found out by accident) and it works out cheaper most times.. First Choice reps don't seem to know anything about the hotel, had a very late flight, was offered a courtesy room to freshen up, half hour slot, was told was a hotel room identical to one used all week, was infact a communal shower room, bit like school changing room, filthy is an understatement. 2inch of water, no towels, need 15euro deposit for each towel (do you have a spare 60euro few hours before flying?) cos we didn't. If you do need room to freshen up on the last day, get in early. They only have limited slots for this changing room, one suggestion by first choice and the hotel staff was to shower beside the pool!! (in the open)


General Comments

I wish that i had read the reviews before i booked. The staff at the hotel, cleaners and restaurant staff are 1st class very hard working people and i hope they get paid well. Its the management and holiday reps that let this complex down. Please, please, make FIRST CHOICE YOUR LAST CHOICE if booking. If you are going away for entertainment on an evening, save your brass and go to Butlins, its very repetitive as is the food at the hotel, and basically rubbish!! Park is open until midnight during high season which is basically the school holidays. The children really enjoyed this holiday as a whole and wish to go back, this is because we as parents, protected them against all of negative aspects of the holiday which left a bitter taste in our mouths.

    I agree with this review because...we have just got back from this resort and we would never go back to this resort again, the rooms were very dirty and we can only think this is down to the end of the season for this resort so don't go in September!
