Good Points
Wanted a cylinder, rear grass box type, and this is.
Bad Points
Cheaply made; poor quality.
General Comments
Bought the Qualcast Elan 32 lawn mower yesterday. First, I found the grass box very difficult to assemble. The instructions said just 'click together', but it took a good 10 minutes of wrestling due to being cheap, tacky and bendy plastic. Then I started to cut the lawn. Initially it seemed promising, and it gave a closer cut than my previous rotary type. But then suddenly, the front plastic wheel axle snapped in half! I have now taken it back (to Homebase) and got a complete refund.
I was very disappointed with the cheap quality of this product.
