Good Points

Staff were very helpful, the reps were also helpful, cleaners in five days out of seven, it was accessible to disabled visitors who had limited abilities who could walk with crutches or sticks, lots of ramps, but some of them were very steep, also one or two were marble and these were very slippy. There is a lift that gets you down to pool level, I used a powered scooter to get about, this helped with the steep ramps.


Bad Points

Poolside was very slippy saw a few accidents no pool hoist for for those who may be more disabled.


General Comments

My wife and i spent two weeks at the Broncemar and really enjoyed our holiday all the staff from receptionist to the cleaners were very helpful the reps and the entertainment team really put in a hundred percent into their work, we did not have any children with us but for the families that were there, the children looked to be enjoying themselves, I am disabled and had the use of a power scooter to get about, i had no problems in the complex getting about, but once out of the hotel they were some obstacles such as pavements not low enough and some ramps were very steep, but i hate to say it we come across the the same problems in the UK as well, I would go back to the Broncemar again and i would recommend it to any one for a family holiday.
