Bad Points
Customer support very poor WORST CRITICISM only contact via e-mail no phone contact. Very poor response if you have any problems.

General Comments
Overall product good customer service and back up technical support slow and not very helpful if you have any problems. My opinion - don't buy anything other than the basic if you do don't expect any customer support.
