Bad Points
We purchased the King SAT four years ago. After about 3 years my husband's side seemed to be sagging. The lady in customer service sent a new one, and although we had trouble figuring out that the air channels weren't all in the same direction when we first put it in, with her help, we did get it right.
General Comments
We have been delighted with this sleep system from the day we purchased it over the internet about 4 years ago. We had tried the Sleep Number type at a friend's and found it felt uneven, and we didn't like having those wires and remotes to deal with. We also tried the Tempurpedic, and it didn't feel as if you were "sleeping on air." The literature on the website was impressive, but the true test would be how the mattress felt. We were completely satisfied with the SAT from the first night. When we go away we can't wait to return to our own bed! Customer Service is much improved since our original purchase, and they have been very helpful in any of our dealings with them.
