General Comments

Having just purchased the gun i was very eager to use it. First impressions were good, the gun looked nice and replicated the operation of a firearm very closely. The additional laser, which is activated by a button on the grip of the gun, also impressed me. However once i began to fire a few rounds i noticed that shots were not very accurate and power was low. Naturally i thought the CO2 must have ran out so i replaced it but this made no difference. As i continued to fire shots i noticed that the difference in velocity of some rounds compared to others was quite noticeable. Some shots would achieve a respectable velocity and you would hear a satisfying ping as the pellet hit the target; other shots would not even reach the target and in some cases not even leave the barrel, resulting in me having to stick a rod down the barrel to remove the problem. From seeing this i was able to ascertain that the problem lay with the chamber and the way the pellets loaded in the chambers. I used the pellets that were supplied with the gun so there can be no argument that the pellets are at fault. I could see that the diameter of the chamber was simply not large enough. As you loaded the gun the pellets fitted tightly into the chamber. Too tightly in fact, because the pellets simply could not leave the gun efficiently due to all the friction of being wedged in the chamber. I will try lubricating the pellets tomorrow to see if this eliminates the problem but if not i shall go back to the shop i brought it from and exchange for another gun. Most disappointing :(
