Good Points

Clean, helpful staff, plenty of things to do in Stalis.


Bad Points

Pay for aircon and room safe.


General Comments

Really enjoyed our stay here when we went to Stalis. Staff were really helpful and it was a relaxed atmosphere. The food there was limited, but nice. There's only 34 apartments. There was a hob, kettle and fridge but we didn't plan on cooking! Mainly families with older children were staying here. The pool was nice but only a very small area for toddlers so the kids need to be able to swim really. Only down side was the aircon and room safe, which cost extra - 84 Euros for 2 weeks. Plus side was the room was cleaned every day and new sheets every other day. Stalis has a good mix of places to eat, the best we found was The Cretan Restaurant, down to front and turn right 100yds. Stalis has lots of scooters etc. and night life, but unlike Malia it doesn't have people throwing up all over the place. My wife said she felt it was one of the safest places she'd ever been to. Trips to recommend - Landrover Safari, Nemo boat trip - best value is the Waterpark.
