A decent service when it works.
Bulldog cancelled my direct debit twice without telling me then sent me threatening letters to cut me off and demanded over three months payment in full. It took me five phone calls to get someone to agree to cancel my account they then didn't cancel it and we got letters from a debt collection agency. They answered my complaint letters with undated unapologetic letters just telling me to pay my bill in full with no goodwill gestures for any of the problems and stress they had caused me. Appalling customer service.
