Good Points

The opening to add water is durable and easy to use - push a button in the centre of the lid and the lid pops up. When the kettle is on the boil, a cool-blue light shines from the inside - nice design feature. It's compact - because it's so tall, it holds as much water as an ordinary kettle, but takes up a lot less room. The metal sides are warm to the touch when the kettle is switched off, but not hot (see my review of the kettle we had previously - the Dualit 72302. Still can't believe that a kettle could get too hot to touch).

Bad Points

I haven't come across any.

General Comments

We replaced our Dualit 72302 kettle for this one - one of the best kettle-purchasing decisions I've recently made! As you can see from the 'good points' I would highly recommend this kettle.
