Good Points

Delivery on time.
Cost of goods reasonable.


Bad Points

Unable to contact customer service by phone after jumping through hoops.
Repair service useless. Sent my Panasonic microwave off for repair via Currys store. Still awaiting return after one month.


General Comments

Whilst cost and delivery at Dixons are reasonable, be very concerned if a product goes wrong after 28 days, as they have the option to repair. It was almost impossible to contact customer service by phone, and they did not answer e-mails. I would never use this company again.
