Good Points

Good shoes, a nice selection and good prices (on the face of it).


Bad Points

Expensive shipping compared to other sites, and it's so slow.
It took them 4 days to even request Parcelforce to collect the package, and then they sent it Parcelforce 48 (so it took another two days)!
They didn't respond to emails.


General Comments

The Route One online shoe shop are just not on the ball. The price was great, but the shipping let them down, and they never responded to any of the emails I sent asking whether they had dispatched the shoes.
