General Comments

Claimed for a accident with my camcorder, was subjected to a 45 minute grilling by the home insurance assessor. Trial by telephone! The CIS then forgot about the claim and eventually paid out weeks later, with a voucher for Dixons! Dreadful.
Also claimed for storm damage - CIS mislaid the claim again. The work was eventually carried out 3 months later.
Stay clear of this company. Their investments are even worse!
