Bad Points
I purchased 2 Black (no.16)and 1 Colour(no.26) compatable cartridges for my Lexmark Printer. The first black one opened had no tape on it so there was ink everywhere. On querying this with Abitech I was told to try the other one. This would not produce any ink at all. I returned all 3 for a refund. (The coloured one unopened). Two weeks later I received a duplicate order as replacements. I telephoned them to advise that I wanted a refund but was told that I had exceeded the 7 days allowed for returns and that the original ones had been checked out and there was no fault found. On trying a black cartridge this would not print so I gave up (over £40 out of pocket) and purchased same again elsewhere with no problems.

DO NOT TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGE POLE.
