Good Points

Very good customer service, even decided to order further items the day after receiving my goods!


Bad Points

Personal telephone contact would be incredibly helpful, but being a small company I appreciate this is difficult, but I feel it would be an advantageous future thinking point.


General Comments

I have no hesitation in ordering again from Petite Souris again. I would recommend them to all my friends with children, as the range is so vast and comprehensive, so you can order all your children's favourite characters under one roof!!
