Almost all specially the customer service and delivery.

The usual, shipped the wrong item and taking long times on giving back the refunds.


General Comments

Auto Parts Authority is definitely a site worth a try. Tried it on a whim when I was looking for parts for my car but I end up purchasing new wheels and tires. Have rock bottom prices for quality parts that kept my car running at its best, even if it was a hand me down car.

What's best about this site is that they offer their quality products at the lowest price. Free shipping for orders priced $50 and above is one thing that a customer should be celebrating about. As a practical shopper, I've always had the urge of comparing prices of different shops. Only Auto Parts Authority gives me the product that I need and the price that fits my budget.

And I could only describe them in two words, quick and easy.
