Good Points

Overall a fantastic holiday! All the staff at the Cala Nova had a friendly & helpful approach. Daily waterpolo, music quiz, snake show & nightly quiz, occasional acts/live music entertainment provided for all by the entertainment! The apartments were kept clean (4 out of 7 days by maids). Good sized rooms & balcony with everything provided to make your stay as hassle free as possible. And to top it off the location was fab for both the commercial centre & the beach! The Thomas cook reps were a delight!!


Bad Points

Pool area is a bit small, but on a plus side your not too far from the beach so the choice is yours.


General Comments

Anyone going to Puerto Rico knows its situated upon 2 mountains so the stairs are a given, so don't be put of with any comments about "the damn stairs"! There not that bad when you see them.
