Good Points

None, But great for Lifeline make a killing on the 3 monthly charge!


Bad Points

I could not understand most of the operators at Lifeline (Carphone Warehouse). Constantly asking to repeat the question.


General Comments

Poor.
Made a claim in full honesty, explaining the full details.
Adhering to their request and guess what decline, declined.
So, folks, watch out.
