Good Points

Actual trampoline delivered very speedily - within the 48 hours promised


Bad Points

I also ordered a trampoline cover, which hasn't arrived. I have also emailed them numerous times and tried their inevitably busy customer service lines. I finally got through to one 'agent' the other day, who was very unfriendly, and told me that the item was out of stock (even though nobody had bothered to inform me of this).


General Comments

I was trying to make the point to the contact centre agent at Outdoor Toys Direct that I wanted to register a complaint that the money for the item had been taken on the 4th June, but the item is still not with me by 4th September, and that nobody had even informed me that it was out of stock. Like some kind of automaton, she just kept repeating that she would pass it on to the relevant department and did not seem to recognise that the word complaint should (usually) ratchet things up a notch... So, the upshot is that I'm STILL waiting.
