General Comments

I ordered a trampoline for my daughter's birthday from Outdoor Toys Direct. The website stated 7 day delivery. We received no email confirmation of our order and received nothing. I called the credit card company to see if the payment had been taken, which it had been (almost immediately). I then emailed Outdoor Toys Direct (or Keibertech) 5 times, with no reply. I called them every day for 8 days, only to be told that the queue I was in was too long to hold and to email them! Finally, I got through (after holding on for 56 minutes!) to be told that a delivery from their suppliers is due, and I will get the trampoline on the Friday. We took the day off and nothing arrived. I then tried to call them again to see what was going on. I held on for another 45 minutes, only for the chap (who was highly unsympathetic) to say that I won't get the product for another 6 weeks (well after my daughters birthday) and he will "put me through to sales". Low and behold, I was cut off by them! I called again (52 minute queue) and was told by a young lady that "she's only helping out" and could not help me at all, and that someone would call me back and she would send me an email confirming my order (remember, I still had not received that even!) and confirming who was going to call me. Alas, no emails, no phone calls, no nothing. I have now left it with my credit card company to try and obtain a refund.
