Please get the word out - American Express has decided to discontinue the Travellers Cheque Card in the UK.


General Comments

American Express has decided to discontinue the Travellers Cheque Card in the UK.
If you currently have a balance remaining on your Travellers Cheque Card in the UK, you will be able to continue using your Card at merchants which accept American Express and in ATMs* until 31 October, 2007. We encourage you to spend or withdraw any remaining balance on your Travellers Cheque Card before 31 October, 2007. After this date, your Card will be automatically cancelled and any balance remaining will be refunded to you via cheque
