They took over Shell credit card and they do not know what they are doing.


General Comments

I was with RBS Shell Visa credit card for years, then Citibank took over with Shell Mastercard. The short time they have been running the card they have given me the wrong expiry dates. Left me embarrassed in my petrol station because they had cancelled my Shell Visa card ( that was 73.25 in credit) before the expiry date. I am an avid point saver and I missed out that day because I had to use my NatWest Maestro card. Now I am having a battle to get a Direct Debit mandate so that when I start using the card I can pay the full amount each month, that's if I decide to stay with this card.
