The car is extremely maneuverable, quick of the mark when needed, quite and reliable. Motorway cruising is a pleasure as the car has enough acceleration to make most overtaking maneuvers easy and safe. Needless to say it is economical, achieving 51mpg over some 600 miles of mixed motoring.
Has a tendency to under-steer slightly. the boot is a little small.
When you take the Nissan Micra for service you must make sure you know what you are talking about. Having had experience with both Fiat and Volkswagen who can't seem to grasp the concept that you might know as much as they do.
I know make sure that I make plane what they are allowed to do (on say a service) is what I want, and not allow them too play with the car to there hearts content! Which usually means something will go wrong later.
As I get a new car every three years I run them in as one did in the past (although this is not supposed to be necessary) this I find give the vehicle time to settle into a rhythm before being chased down the motorway at high speed.
