General Comments
The very first thing I noticed was that the sound quality on normal calls is terrible - weak and tinny. Reception is poor and the battery life is pathetic.
Then, the main feature I had bought the phone for - the Wi-fi connectivity - simply would not retain settings. I was prompted for passwords I had already entered and this happened over and over again. The phone would not retain those either. When I did manage to connect (by re-entering every setting each time I wanted to use email) I discovered I couldn't delete old messages. I spent hours trying to make the email work properly and eventually gave up.
Text and email messages are in a tiny font. Keys are difficult to use and the joystick system is imprecise and leads to numerous mistakes. The camera is very poor. Generally the phone is slow, difficult to navigate and required firmware upgrades before I could access its full memory properly.
Nokia have no route for customer complaints via their website, failing to respond to any of my emails and O2 are simply pathetic and showed absolutely zero interest in my problems.
The phone is going in the river as soon as its contract expires.
