Awful customer service department
Refusal to be allowed to speak to supervisor
Additional things sneaked on your bill
Subsidiary companies selling false and incorrect contracts under Orange name
If you have a problem with a bill, you are advised to cancel direct debit and then reinstate it


General Comments

Avoid at all costs. This company do not value their customers.
I have been a loyal Orange Customer for 7 years and have come to despise the company with my last 12 months being hell. I have never been rewarded for being a loyal customer I still don't have any magic numbers as they are only available after you start a new contract, Orange Billing and Customer service should be under investigation, I have been refused access to a supervisor, been ignored, my complaints unregistered and hung up on. The service advisors are aggressive and rude.
I was sold an upgrade contract from orange for a 12 month contract - great! I was happy till a year down the line I discovered it was an unknown company acting on behalf of orange who registered me as agreeing to a 2 year contact!! How helpful was Orange - NOT AT ALL! A year on and I still haven't got to speak to a manager or had a call back after they investigate.
I have finally left orange as they charged me £200 upgrade fee on my bill when I haven't had an upgrade - I was advised that it was correct and that it was their policy and that they couldn't remove it from the account before it was due to be taken from my account I was advised to go to the bank and cancel my direct debit!!! I insisted that they cancel my contract immediately!
I have 30 days left and so far have had 2 phones calls from orange for feedback and both people have hung up on me when I give them negative comments.

Avoid at all costs. This company do not value their customers.
