Everything! Friendly, down to earth salesman, competitive price, hard working installers, great windows and doors - brilliant!

General Comments

If anyone in the London area is looking for a replacement door/window company, then I would definitely recommend Insuglaze, based in Pinner, Middlesex. I put off getting my doors and windows replaced as I dreaded the thought of dealing with double-glazing salesmen. Then a friend had her windows done by Insuglaze and recommended them. The man who came to measure turned up on time, and he was really friendly and down to earth, putting me at ease immediately. I knew which windows and doors I wanted, but I also needed my old window sills outside removed and a row of bricks put in their place, which he said wouldn't be a problem. The quote came through the next day and was very competitive, so I went ahead with the job.

The installers were great, arriving on time, working hard and cleaning up after themselves! They managed to fit the new windows and doors without damaging any of the surrounding wallpaper or tiles, and even used red dye in the cement when putting in the new row of bricks so it matched the existing brickwork. I was really pleased with the job they did, and have since given out their business card to loads of people. At least 4 have had work done, and they are all very happy!
