Cheap telephone support and friendly service. Initial offer reasonably cheap.
Initial hiccup with completing contract and connection because they failed to contact me to advise that the MAC code I had was incorrect. Quickly corrected once I called them though.
I have kept my line rental with BT as all ISPs I have had dealings with don't seem to help quickly with line faults. However, btinternet has now taken over Madasafish. Is this good? Time will tell.
