Good Points

Helpful staff although they sounded a bit bored.


Bad Points

Miss-leading adverts.


General Comments

I rang Privilege up when there adverts said they would guarantee to beat my quote on renewal.
After an eternity they did beat it by £1.
After the time with them the cost of the call and having to post things out to them all at my expense it worked out dearer.
The Excess was also higher.
I decided to tell them no thanks.
Rang the Co-operative Insurance up and got it 40% cheaper!!!!
They say you don't have to be posh, but i'm a happy commoner thanks and a lot better off for it.
