I am critical of your own site here as there is no place I see now to say exactly WHICH version of Firefox is under review. That aside, I recommend Firefox to any one who wishes to surf quickly and in many places at once.
Bad Points
The Firefox presently in use on my Mac is 1.0 and previously I had perhaps 0.7 Actually I preferred one very particular point in the older version - you were able to see exactly in chronological order which site you looked at, at the precise time. Now that was a great feature and it is missing in 1.0 and so I have not yet tried any higher version until I hear that nothing else has gone missing! That is why I have come here but I am to date no further. I hope that this however helps someone as yet undecided, but all the other reports are very positive anyway.
General Comments
Overall this is by far better than Safari, and of course Windows IE which leaves much to be desired. The tabbed browsing is no doubt the most useful feature and very important (which Safari did not permit) is the internet banking. I have been using it now for several years and have not yet had any problems (except with the banks themselves!) I would recommend this to anyone who wants to get the surf done quickly and while waiting for one page to load, one can open another tab and then start yet another avenue of approach.
