Good Points

- Knowledgeable staff.
- Broad product range.
- Established mail order/e-commerce service.


Bad Points

- Staff often seem dazed and often make mistakes with your order (both via mail order and in the shop!).
- Customer service gone downhill recently.


General Comments

Service usually quite good, delivery sometimes slow for the money.

I would not use this company again.

I ordered some nutrients that I needed urgently and they sent me the wrong nutrients (packing error). I told them and they were kind enough to send the wrong nutrients AGAIN (logic error)! After this I ordered from aquaculture-hydroponics instead (recommended), and emailed Growell telling them that they'd messed up again, but they ignored me.

Quite unprofessional, but if you have visited the store then you wouldn't be surprised!
