Good Points

The bathrooms were usable.


Bad Points

My flight going to Montego Bay Jamaica was delayed for 4 hours. They want you their 2 1/2 hours before time so I spent over 6 1/2 hours waiting for my flight to leave. My flight was changed without notice going home from Jamaica. All of this was very inconvenient for me. Instead of the plane landing in Newark air port we landed at Kennedy in New York. My car was at the Newark air port. Hard to get back.


General Comments

I would never fly with Air Jamaica again and I would never recommend any to fly with Air Jamaica. My flying experience with Air Jamaica was a horrible one that I will never forget.
