Good Points

I don't think there are any really apart from being able to choose a car thats not linked to them.


Bad Points

Terrible customer service, constantly being lied to, no calls returned and a whole lot more


General Comments

I applied for a loan got accepted then chose my car on the Thursday. I was promised I could have the car by Monday latest.
I received a phone call Tuesday saying that they had posted the docs to the lender but they had not been received. So had to sign a new set of docs on the Thursday which we sent off special delivery again.
This time I was promised the car by Saturday. I received a telephone call Friday saying that my finance tier had changed and I had to pay an extra two pounds odd on top of my installments, which I was angry about as this would not have occurred if they had not supposedly lost my first set of docs. So I offered to pay the total shortfall in full rather than spread over repayments to continue with the planned completion, but I was told we had to re-sign the docs again because the repayments had been restructured. So I went to a local welcome finance office signed the docs again and posted them pre 9 am the next day direct to the lender.
You would think that was it complete, oh no at the very last minute on Saturday the dealer rang me to say that there would be no payout as he had to remove the vehicle from the stocking list, which he did straight away. I eventually got the car late Saturday afternoon RESULT!!
I then received a call from the dealer four days later telling me that the payout was £125 short and netcars told him that I had agreed to pay this!!!
I called netcars and put them straight and also let them know that i recorded their calls so I can prove I didnt offer to pay this.
So far I havent heard anything back
