Good Points

Worked fine for 9 months - bit noisy but otherwise OK.


Bad Points

Waiting for parts is appalling - customer services attitude is very bad. Will be 6 weeks by the time I receive the parts I need for my washing machine and for a full time working mother of three children and wife this is totally unacceptable. No apologies just told to buy another one if not happy!! Astoundingly bad would not recommend anyone buy this make.
