Smith & Niemierko are responsive and very customer-service and solution oriented.
General Comments
My husband and I are Americans living in London for my husband's job. We thought it would be fun for our family and friends if we got married in London, but the reality is, beyond lining up a caterer and a venue, we would have been very lost trying to plan a wedding in a new country. The smartest thing we did was to hire Smith & Niemierko -- they helped us to fill in all of the remaining gaps (wedding weekend transportation, sourcing gifts and favors for our guests, lining up nanny service for our guests' children getting orders of service printed). They were a joy to work with -- they greatly reduced the amount of time my husband and I had to spend obsessing over small details and I would highly recommend them to others looking for similar support.
