General Comments

I bought this phone because I don't want a phone with a camera, I've got a real camera for that, I didn't want web browsing, I've got a PC for that, I didn't want an Mp3 player on it, I've got an iPod for that.

This phone is as basic as they come, it can make calls and it can send and receive texts.

Don't buy this phone if you do a lot of texting though, the screen is very, very low resolution, and the it doesn't display special characters.

The phone even speaks to you with voice prompts, you can turn this off if you want. There's no menu as such, just 6 icons you scroll to that cover all the basic functions of the phone, there is also code based prompts for advanced instructions to the phone, ***510* for example switches voice prompts on.

The screen is based on "E paper" and uses very little power, hence I'm charging it up once every 10 days, the screen is monochrome and has no back light but is easy to read in the dark and sunlight.

The phone is very well made and robust, I've dropped it a number of time with no damage, it looks stylish and is very thin, only 9 mm thick.

If you want a cheap phone, I paid £35.00 which included £30.00 worth of credit, that makes calls and sends and receives texts then this the phone for you, if you want an all singing all dancing phone this isn't the phone for you.

As a cheap back up for the beach, or rough sports it's perfect, the case is apparently dust and splash proof, interestingly the phone isn't locked to any network, so it will take other networks sim cards, and its dual band too.
