Bad Points

Goods not delivered when promised. In fact, goods not delivered at all.

Their Customer Care is a waste of space. Emails go unanswered, and the phone line is either permanently engaged, or you wait hours in a queue.

They were unable to locate my order with the courier. Worse, they failed to keep me updated or call me back as promised.


General Comments

I recommend that you avoid this lot at all costs.

Do not be taken in by the low prices and all the waffle on their website.

    The story is long and painful, but after reporting Online Fitness Equipment Shops to my credit card company, I got a refund.
