Badly let down on delivery.
Dreadful customer service.
General Comments
I bought a football shirt for my son and despite being promised delivery within 2 days, 3 weeks later I was still waiting. Absolutely disgusted with Kitbag and the attitude of their staff, which did nothing to help the issue. Even cancelling the order was a problem. Will not be back!
