Too many to LIST !!!!!
I first got bulldog because my cousin got it. My friend told me not to touch it but I did not listen. That was one of the worst mistake of my life. It took almost a month to get the line set up. Then I had no internet for 2 weeks. After that the phone line would drop once in a while. To add to my misery, I could not access any uk websites for some reason. Bulldog blamed microsoft and told me that I should talk to microsoft. I asked them if I could speak to a proper technical person but the person who told me it was microsoft insisted that she was the technical engineer. After 1 month, the problem suddenly disappeared. I could not even cancel the contract because it was a 12 month contract, so I waited. For that period of time, the phone line would drop for a few hours a day and no one could help me at bulldog. One day, I got the opportunity to work from home provided I had a static ip. So I ordered one from bulldog. It took 15 days to get it. When I got it everything seemed ok but i made the unforgivable mistake of asking them to remove my call features. To my horror, they removed my static ip address as well. Thanks to them I lost 10 days of work . Finally, I decided to give it another month and see if the service would improve. To my dismay, my internet went down again and at the moment I am writing this, it is still down and it has lasted 4 weeks now. Since I am on holiday, they are not willing to investigate the issue. Someone once told me this:
A Winner does as much as he can.
A Loser does as little as he can get away with.
Today they definitely lost a customer because they were not even willing to try and look into the problem.
I finally gave up and called bulldog today and asked them to cancel the line. I told the person I was calling from abroad and would like to cancel the line but he kept on going about how they could fix the problem blabla. After 20 mins , I lost my patience and told him to JUST CANCEL THE LINE. Please STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!!!!!! I have decided to stick with a BT line and get bethere internet. I just hope this will be better, well.... it cant be worse.
