Bad Points
The shoddiest customer services ever. Managers do not phone back when requested - and then you cannot be put through to one because they are busy phoning other people back for the whole day. Hmmm..... if they improve their service, then the manager won't have to do that!!! No way for the customer service people to look if a replacement product is available (I only need one piece!) and the queue times are long. Their delivery service is rubbish (only half of one item arrived at first!), and products (although cheap) are poorly made.
General Comments
Do not ever EVER buy anything from them. I am waiting for one replacement piece of a bookcase, and it has been over a week now since I first called them. They can't even tell me if the part is in stock, or when it will arrive. I get told that a manager will call me back within 24 hrs, this was a week ago!!!
