Good Points

Initially this company provide your mobile quite quickly advertise free line rental and send a form for you to send off to claim cash back it all looks very good.


Bad Points

If you miss any item out on your cash back claim form they close the account and you haven't had any payment. Therefore you have to be very careful and include proper claim in months and send them in at the right time. There are many other companies with easier claim procedures who are quick and fair. Try One Stop Phone Shop.


General Comments

I would never use Cool New Mobile again and would advise extreme caution.
