horrible customer support, double-billing

General Comments

I have had 1&1 double-invoice and double-charge me for 6 of my domains. They have yet to refund me. Their excuse? None. Not even - sorry.

They keep changing my files and .htaccess files without my approval. They are currently blacklisted by Hotmail/MSN and are doing nothing to fix that.

Their customer service is horrible, rude and incompetent. I have to email them about 20 times to get anything sorted. They appear to be not technically trained.

They are simply not worth it. Dealing with 1&1 has been a complete nightmare.
