Good Points

Dedicated hosting is inexpensive. Good allocation of bandwidth.


Bad Points

Support is slow. Need to nag constantly to get them to do anything. Trouble ticketing system is a joke. Sys admins are obviously overworked.


General Comments

The less you can rely on Advanced Internet Technologies support the better off you'll be. But god help you if you need help from them, even something as pedestrian as isolating a server outage to the server or network. They are incredibly slow (perhaps overloaded?) When my server is down (which is very rarely) it takes them hours to days to do something about it. Lost at least 2 disk drives in 3 years (perhaps due to heat issues?). There are no backups...you're on your own.

When it works its cheap and wonderful. When it breaks you feel cast adrift with no support in sight.
