Good Points
When I first asked for the account to be changed into a student account they where happy to do so giving me a £2000 overdraft this was last year(2006). The customer service is very good. Once I was spiked and my card went missing but the bank still co operated with my foster parents to send out a new one and so on.

Bad Points
I dropped out of university in March due to stress. I have used all of the £2000 overdraft and I have now been accepted at Nottingham Trent but they are saying I have to close the account and reopen it as they think i have graduated. But to do this I have to pay the account off. I'm now stuck and broke and best of all they have new policys on the student account only giving 1500 in 500 installments as the years tick over. Also they charge through the nose if you go over your overdraft
