Good Points

Offer dual plan which means I can save some money when I use EDF for both gas and electricity.
Offer Nectar card point of 150 points per quarter for each gas/electricity account.


Bad Points

Recently EDF tried to restate my gas bill with a purpose to increase the gas usage in the period prior to the reduction i.e. 15/6/07. When we already settled the original bill, in which the estimate was reasonable, they sent us another bill which increased our quarterly bill from £90 to £300. We compared the estimates to our reading, it was way too high and almost all the increase fell into the period prior to the price reduction. We have reflected back to EDF and they are recalculating the bill. We have not received the final bill yet, however, hope that it will be sensibly corrected.
