WHEN it works its pretty solid.......but Barclays Online banking is akin to having a car that won't start during rush hour - the time when you need it the most.
Did I mention SLOW? Its easy to waste half an hour just to pay a bill. Pages are Unbelievably slow to load then it decides to time you out and you have to start again.
This happens at the end of every month, the beginning of the next month and most lunchtimes - you know, the times WHEN YOU NEED YOUR BANK to pay bills etc.
I have two other online accounts and both websites are fine 24/7 365. On 10Meg cable here and no other sites slow down as much.
Unusable 8-9am, 12-1pm, 4-5pm on most days and almost all day between the 28th of one month and the3rd of the next.
Barclays need to put their billion ££££ profits into something that works.
