On time; employees are happy; employees make me laugh.
Bad Points
Seats are close together.
General Comments
The other airlines are bad and getting worse. Southwest Airlines is the only one where the employees seem to have fun, get there on time, and don't have poor computer systems, lots of mechanical problems, and two-hour waits in line.
