I have been a Demon (user) subscriber for many years. They have gone from being good, to the worst company imaginable.
Although the overall network is reasonable stable, if you ever need technical assistance, then forget it. If you are lucky enough to eventually get through, you will be met by a person who is neither technically proficient, nor commanding of the English language. It is SO frustrating.
I have just left, following endless disputes over incorrect billing. Another nightmare that Demon has in their bag of tricks. I am just so glad to finally get myself rid of them.
